"Harriet Lerner is a brilliant and wise therapist who is completely authentic and hilariously funny. She's the real deal. Her teachings on coping with fear, anxiety, and shame are central to living a loving, happy, and creative life. I'm thrilled to be able to send copies of this fabulous book to the people I love."

A lot of useful information in this book. She didn't thoroughly address unexplained anxiety, though. I took lots of notes to read later.
