The Duke's Easter Lady was an interesting book, but it seemed to be a little scattered. She hated the duke, she loved him, she had unexplained omnipotent dreams, but somehow it was compelling enough to finish.

I would also like to mention that the description is a bit misleading. Lady Emma Winslow was actually left to the Duke in her brothers will to pay off a gambling debt. She has to go and live with him, or she won't receive a meager income from her brother's estate. Emma's belief that the Duke tricked her brother into doing this colors her opinion of him throughout the book.
