Very clever and funny book about Southern expressions and dialect -- not a parody, actual words and definitions. Examples: "pullybone" means "wishbone." "Canecutter" is a large swamp rabbit. I'm a born and raised Southerner and found expressions I didn't know. Fun for linguists, transplants and English teachers!
