Very classic Balogh, one I truly enjoyed. She always captures the flavor, speech and customs of the time so well. It was lovely having these two connected stories in one book. So glad they are reprinting some of her older works!

This is one of the better historical romances I have read. I love Mary Balogh's work. Having these 2 stories in one book were great!!
