Some of these recipes/dishes are available at local restaurants besides Chili's and I've always been interested in how to make them. A few that I've noticed in this collection are Southwestern Egg Rolls, Awesome Blossom Petals, and Texas Chili Fries.
Some of the recipes are so involved that I decided that eating them at the restaurant is a better choice, particularly Quesadilla Explosion Salad, Mushroom Jack Chicken Fajitas (6 and 1./2 pages of ingredients and directions), and Santa Fe Crispers Salad -- to name a few.
Some measurements had no meaning; one example is Beef Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. It called for "1 -2 packages whole grain or tortillas flour." In the directions, it called for the cook to "cut each one up into triangle sections using a super-sharp knife or pizza cutter, roughly eight triangles per tortilla." Without a photo, this is not clear enough to copy the recipe. Overall score = G+.
This author generally doesn't offer photos to accompany recipes. Without photos, some are just not duplicatable.
