I couldn't stand this book. The girl was TSTL. I skipped through a lot and then even the ending was unsatisfying. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Very good book!
I liked this trilogy of three sisters seperated when small and the lives they led before finding each other. This is the third and is the wrapping up of the three stories,Emma And The Outlaw,Lily and The Major were books 1 and 2. I highly recommend these three books, I enjoyed the women's stories and very much enjoyed the men they found in their lives!
Really enjoyed all three in the series.

Nice read, but best to read all three in the trilogy close together to keep the characters and timeline straight.
Very good series. Lots of suspence-the first two books end with just a bit of a cliffhanger then when you read the last one you find out the end.
great book was glad to get this book to read about carolyn

A Wyoming school mistress, raised by spinster sisters, takes her future in her hands and enters the saloon in search of a Confederate raider....
I loved this book and the whole series.

This book is very heavy on sex. Good story, but stupid heroine.
Concludes Miller's Orphan Train trilogy, which began with Lily and the Major and continued with Emma and the Outlaw. Holding her lovely head high, Wyoming schoolmistress Caroline Chalmers did what no lady should: she marched into the local saloon to see the dashing Guthrie Hayes. She needed him to rescue her fiance, but when she looked into his eyes..

This is the third and final book in the Orphan Train trilogy. It's definitely the most passionate. And, it wraps up the three-part collection nicely. No one does romance like Linda Lael Miller!!
