Typical Stone Barrington story, though in this case, there was little to figure out. It was pretty clear from the very beginning what the story was going to be about and pretty much how it would end. There were no plot twists or "wrong directions" for the reader. Stone eats at an expensive restaurant, Stone gets laid, Stone rubs noses with the rich & powerful, Stone gets robbed, Stone gets laid by someone else, Stone catches the robbers, then Stone eats at another expensive restaurant. Really, Mr. Woods?

I read all his books! I wonder why!! lol. They are so immature and the writing is childish! However his light mystery stories pull me in and I end up enjoying them.

Written in the true Stuart Woods tradition. Great addition to his Stone Barrington collection.

Probably the worst book in the Stone Barrington series, bar none. Insipid plot, with Stone bedding every female in sight, no character or plot development, none of the usual wit or interesting characters. This one was obviously a place filler, just to keep the books coming. Shame on you, Stuart Woods, for writing this characterless drivel. Terrible!
