I like the readable style with the quick tips, fast exercises, menu ideas, recipes, health tips--there's really something here for everyone. The snack ideas are unusual--such as grilled asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon--it's something I served on Christmas Eve one year. Healthy, different and it was well liked.

I only gave it 2 stars - because, for me, it wasn't real informative.
It is full of info on Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes and the like-- but its all beginner information. Each chapter also lists a handful of recipes and exercises along with stories from the Players.
