Berit Reiss-Andersen (born July 11, 1954 in Drøbak) is a Norwegian lawyer and author.

Reiss-Andersen served as state secretary for the Minister of Justice and Police from 1996 to 1997, and co-authored two crime novels with Anne Holt, Løvens gap (1997), and Uten ekko (2000).

Her paternal grandfather was Gunnar Reiss-Andersen, who wrote lyric poetry.
