This book really helped me work through my anger over my divorce and helped me learn to forgive. It asks questions that you don't want to ask yourself but you need to think about. The other books from the Minirth-Meier Clinic Series are good also.

Finding healthy ways to express and control your anger .

Please make note that that my son knocked over a cup of tea while we were working on lessons in this book, and 20 pages at the end of the book, have tea spots. There is no writing in the book, as we used notebooks to work in.
