The "Cornbread Book" has recipes for cornbreads, fritters, hugh puppies, and biscuits. Also timeless favorites like spoonbread, buttermilk cornbread, and popovers. Not to mention gospel buns, sweet potato cupcakes, and honey snail (not made with snails). Great book of recipes put forth with humor.
