We used this book along with the Maui book for our most recent trip to Hawaii and they were both very useful. We rented cars on both islands and could easily plan our days using these books. Made for a very efficient day because we had little wasted time trying to figure out where to go or what to see. These books spelled out the locations well and also mapped them to the mile markers so they were easy to find.

A must have book for a 1st time trip to Kauai.
