I found this book amazing and truly enjoyed reading it. Because it was written from a dog's perspective, I found it unique and so interesting. You can't help falling in love with Enzo (the dog)and his family. This is not a funny, happy story like the Marley book, but rather a story about the life of Enzo's owner, which was quite sad and difficult at times. There's a lot written about car racing and most of these references were used as metaphors about life. Sometimes the racing information was a bit much for me, but I still loved the story.

This is a story about one man's hardships and how he overcame the obstacles in his life. I could not put this book down and fell head over heels in love with Enzo and his family. I highly recommend this book.
