This is a book about relationships and how they change. When change occurs the lives of those involved is altered. It's a book about grief, too, and how two people cope with the loss of their child. One becomes stronger, living for the lost son while the other turns inside as he tries to understand what happened in his life. The cover blurb suggests that love conquers grief. Perhaps. I found the story interesting and until the very end did not understand what was really happening. It's a quick read that gives the reader time to reflect on what he/she may have lost, too.
