Book Review of Miss Marple: The Complete Short Stories

A fun collection of short stories. The first are a group of folks sitting around trying to stump each other with stories (Miss Marple isn't, of course--to their surprise). Then a section with another dinner party (and yes, "the outside of her charming head was distinctly superiour to the inside" and that is an awesome passage.)

One of my favorites was figuring out how to tell who was innocent--because the shadow of doubt can be as bad for the innocent as for the guilty--often worse. A slightly similar vein were the two sisters, one invalid, that Miss Marple told. The last two (Greenshaw's Folly and Sanctuary) I've read before, but had forgotten how they came out so I enjoyed them again.
