Usually I do not like books where the main character is an animal. I always feel the author is trying to hard to be sentimental and make us cry. I loved "The Art Of Racing In The Rain"! "Enzo" is among the most charming characters in literature. His insights into the human psyche are hilarious as they are ingenious; gut-wrenching as they are heartwarming. "Enzo" will make you think at every page. Bravo Garth Stein!
