Robert Langdon is back with another riveting adventure. This time, Robert is invited to an event by one of his first students, billionaire Edmond Kirsch. Kirsch has promised to shock the world with an announcement that challenges two of the fundamentals of human existence.
Obviously even the thought of Kirsch making this type of challenge has ruffled some feathers amongst many of the different religious sects. Many are willing to do what it takes to make sure Kirch's announcement is never revealed.
Like the previous books there are many mysterious abound. Many puzzles to solve, codes to decipher, and dangers to escape. I felt like the book did its job and get me intrigued. I don't know that any book in the series can ever live up to Angels & Demons/The Da Vinci Code, but this to me was a very good book. I figured out the antagonist pretty early in the book, but that still didn't deter the reading cause it wasn't confirmed til the very end.
If you enjoy Dan Brown and the series, there's no reason won't continue to with this next chapter.
