I stumbled across this book about 16 years ago when my eldest son was only 2 and it helped me through some extremely tight economic times. Having spent 12 years of my adult life in poverty I can say that Amy's book(s) were a lifeline and a beacon that guided me through.

Not every idea in this book will be for everybody but the principles of saving money while maintaining a happy home are pure gold.
