The book jacket says it all - "Cheers for Henrie O., an intelligent, engaging sleuth." It is a pleasure to read a book where the heroine is over 60 and not Ms. Marple!

In this book Henrie O is teaching at Thorndyke University, mentoring a journalism student writing an investigative series about three unrelated and unsolved local crimes. When the student's corpse is discovered Henrie O. feels that she may have been partially to blame for Maggie's death, having urged her to write more than a fluff story about the crimes. Perhaps someone who killed before has killed again. Henrie O. is determined to place herself in the killer's path and solve the mystery of the current crime as well as those of the past.
