This is a nice, comforting book for people who need some guidance through their lives, especially when they're going through a hard time. This book is full of steps you can take to become a better "you", it has nice meditations that are sure to relax you, affirmations and prayers, and overall tips of how to feel better about yourself physically and mentally.
