Helpful Score: 2
I started this book with high hopes. The first portion of the book, while not great is actually enjoyable. It is after the success that Marvin runs a muck and Georgia sticks her head in the sand until she is so offended by her husband that it would be crazy for her to remain silent. Her success as a radio personality is not surprising. Georgia, predictably is true to herself until the end of the book. If you are looking for a quick feel good read without any excitement or surprises, then this is it. When deciding whether I wanted to read this book, I actually liked the plot; however, the author did not fully develop the characters or the plot.
