Terrible writing!!
It takes FOREVER for this story to get started and I'm not even sure when it did start
I can't imagine a neighbor being so nosy that they follow people and snoop and sneak and etc, it was ridiculous
Then all of a sudden it starts a 'part 2' with completely different characters? so confusing it was awful
I skipped to the back and got most of the story but it was ridiculous from the beginning
