Book Review of Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race

This book is fascinating - involving a group of women, specifically black women, who worked at NACA (NASA's predecessor) as "computers" during WWII and beyond. A story I had never heard before the movie was being publicized. While it's not a quick/easy read with all the scientific references, it is a wonderful look back at history (in which I grew up). The struggles and accomplishments of these women are truly an inspiration to all.
