Book Review of Once-a-Month Cooking: Revised and Expanded: A Proven System for Spending Less Time in the Kitchen and Enjoying Delicious, Homemade Meals Every Day

reviewed on

Our family liked the majority of the recipes. Definitely not gourmet cooking, but rather staple recipes that are easy to fix (they do use a lot of processed soups). Love the time it saves during the week and love being able to have "home-cooked" meals with minimal effort after work.

Cons: There are many errors in this book. You can't go by the shopping lists, you need to make your own. Also, there is at least one recipe that is missing a whole section and others that have confusing instructions.

Still, did get quite a few good recipes from this book.
