Over the past months, I've collected several books about anti-inflammatory diets. Because of some new medical issues, I've dusted off these books and focused on reading them for assistance with my problems. Of the several I've read so far, this book has the best explanation of the problems with inflammation and the human body. The author really knows her stuff.

When Katie Salzmann offers recipes, they tend to be high in carbs. It almost seems that either you can have anti-inflammatory foods, or you can have low carbs, but not both.

I also noticed some problems with recipes. In #46, the photo doesn't agree with the ingredients. There are grape tomatoes and red onions in the photo, not in the ingredients. In #47, where's the pumpkin puree used in the recipe for pumpkin soup (it's not in the ingredients). There may be others, but these problems jumped out at me while reading.
