Well, is was a complete waste of time and paper from my point of view. How could you write a book about a carriage ride with two people who got married to save face in the Ton. She was "ruined" by no fault of her own and her childhood friend was "strong armed" to marry her to save her reputation. Sounds good but that is the WHOLE story! There were 6 pages of a cat growling in the carriage! 6!
You learn nothing about the Bridgertons and nothing about the Rokesbys and nothing about the characters other than he is going to be a doctor and she loves her cats! So disappointed. Don't waste your time if you are a fan of the Bridgertons.
