Taking place in the rebuilding city of New Orleans, post-Katrina, a serial killer reemerges. This story offers well character development, good scene descriptions, as well as several twists and turns that keep the reader guessing up to the very end. Not too graphic, no romance to mussy up the storyline, and just plain good who-done-it police work.
