W.O.W. This book just blew my mind. Just like all of Cynthia Eden's books, this book left me believing I knew who the serial killer was...just to be wrong on so many levels. The bad guys can be someone you know, live next to, work with or just pass by. It's frightning.
In this story you read about a woman who's is a survivor. She's the only one to have lived after being taken by a serial killer. She knows him and yet she can't remember who he is. Believing him to be dead it's a little easier to try and move on, except he's not dead and her need to find another survivor is what ultimately brings the serial killer back, except theirs more than one bad person to fear.
This love story between Asher (a man with a dark past) and Bailey (a survivor) is amazing. They both have lived through something that no other person should have endured and yet it's made them stronger and into the people they are today. Except because of Asher's past he's honed his anger and furry into making himself lethal and his drive to protect those he loves makes him deadly to even those who find killing fun.
I devour each book because I simply can't put the books down. If I didn't have to work and care for my children I would probably read Cynthia Eden's books in a matter of hours.
