Bride McKells first memory is waking up in a dirty alley in Chicago and drinking her good Samaritan to death. Bride is a vampire and over the past 80 years, she has never met another. Her greatest desire is to know about her people, and Devyn can help her if she plays by his rules.

Devyn, King of the Targons, is a womanizer and warrior. When he bumps into Bride out on the street one day, Devyn wants her. His goal is to sleep with every race, so when it is revealed she is vampyre, he rejects her. He has already had vampyre and no desire for another. But Devyn cannot keep Bride from his thoughts, so he spends days looking for her. When he finds her, they play a deadly game of cat and mouse, and the results could be catastrophic.

Seduce the Darkness is the sixth book in the Alien Huntress Novels. Gena is a master at world building, and Seduce the Darkness is no exception. The war between human and alien has left us with a world similar to our own, yet sacrifices were made. What we take for granted is luxury. The character building is phenomenal; I came to care them and what they thought. Non-stop action, sizzling hot romance, and a twist of the supernatural set the tone for this hard to put down read.
