Written from the father's perspective, an Assistant District Attorney, and filled with the raw emotion you'd expect under the circumstances, but also plenty of courtroom drama, behind-the-scenes police work, psychological analysis, and sleazy bad guys. The book does not end neatly and you're left to wonder: was he guilty or just horrifically unlucky? What would you have done under the same circumstances? Did the ends justify the means? What if?
