I am only about 10 pounds out of the range I want to be but I thought this would be a good way to really hit that 10 pounds hard and try a better way of eating. I felt like I was starving to death on this diet. Its just really not for me at all. I followed it to a 'T' for the first 17 Days and had no results at all. I hope others have more luck.
