Bethany was a child prodigy when she was recruited by the Organization to work on their computer programs. When she realized that they were using her gift for nefarious purposes, she destroys her work and went into hiding. Now calling herself Bree Daniels, she lives a quiet life while staying off the grid. When her cousin, who was also part of the group, finds Bree and asks her to take her newborn twins somewhere safe while she brings down the Organization, Bree agrees. Bree and the children flee to Colorado where she quickly runs out of money. When Sheriff's Deputy Tanner Dempsey observes her shoplifting diapers and formula, he can't bring himself to arrest her. Instead, he offers her the help she needs.

This is the first book I've read by this author. I found it very entertaining with lots of action and suspense. I plan to continue the series. My rating: 4.5 Stars.
