Whew, I made it.
This is the second book I have read from this series.
This one was NOT like the first one.
I don't know if it was the translation or the author but man oh man was it longer than necessary.
You get more on the three woman than on the actual hunting for the killer, I understand having a bit of back story but two pages on someone getting out of a car and walking into a building is way too much!
Great story, intense (when it is finally happening) and a brutal subject-be warned it is about child abuse.
I didn't like the over the top action at the end, didn't go with the characters, especially Pia. Since when does she NOT answer her phone.
Will give the next one a try but if it is overly wordy-I quit.
