Thoughts:
On the Run is an adventure packed children's book about a family who is on the run quite often. The reason for this is unknown to the three main kids Zach, the oldest, Piper, and six year old Elijah. Hmm he never ever speaks. The reader does not get a reason for this, is he mute? He's super quiet? Nothing. Anyway, their parents are always telling them that "it's for the best if they don't know" why they keep running. Guess what happens? Someone comes after them so they have to run! Unfortunately the family gets separated and ..you'll see. :)
I would probably have found this book WAY better if I were 9 or so, but I still really enjoyed it so that's saying something. It was pretty fast paced and I loved that! Another thing I really liked was that it had me laughing out loud at times. The narrator's voice keeps you VERY entertained. That's the main reason why I liked the writing so much, it just made the book flow. hehe Overall an enjoyable read for all ages. :D

Cool:
Loved the narration! Oh did I already mention that? Oops haha I also liked that it was such a fast read, it got so enjoyable for me at times that I was pretty sad when it was over.

Not so cool:
It was too short :( I was reading it then all of a sudden it ended! I was like "What?!! No!" haha It's for sure a short, entertaining read. Hmm wasn't a big fan of the ending. It just kinda stopped.
