This is the story of Rawley Cooper, who was taken in by Cordelia and Dallas Leigh when he was a youngster. It is now 6 years later and Rawley has been called home. Rawley only knows that Cordelia has sent a telegram and he must go.

It has been a long time since I read the original trio of stories, so perhaps that colors my estimation of this book. I thought it was OK, but nothing special. Lorraine Heath has a way about her, the backstory for Rawley and Faith are each good. But it is hard to get too much emotion going in 165 pages.
