4 1/2 out of 5 stars

I think if I held this book sideways, I could have seen the steam rising from the pages. The chemistry between Pecca and Colton is undeniable. If that weren't enough for a good story, the author throws in death threats from an unknown source, an innocent child needing a good male influence, and a journey through dealing with physical disability. Wow. This was one wild ride.

Pecca and her son were introduced in book 2 of this series and her character was so likable then that I was glad to see her story further developed. I loved her kindness and compassion reflected in her work as a nurse and her role as single mother. Why she didn't already have a long line of men courting her before Colton arrived was a mystery. Full review is at my website.

I received this book complimentary as a participant in the Revell book tour. I was not required to give a positive review. All of the opinions I have expressed here are honest and my own.
