I have always enjoyed Beverly Barton's books. This one was a little tedious. That could be because I enjoyed the slight supernatural aspect of her last series.
This story revolves around defense lawyer Quinn Cortez. He has a rep of being a ruthless womanizer who always gets what he wants. When his current and former lovers turn up murdered, he teams up with Annabelle Vanderley,a cousin to one of his former lovers, to find the killer.
