2nd book in the McClairen's Isle trilogy. The story is about Raine Merrick who was being held in a French prison and is freed by a mysterious woman who then betrays him. He is surprised to find her again at his father's castle.
I really enjoyed this book. I'm looking forward to reading the last of the series.
