After I somewhat struggled to get through Irish Stewed, the first book in this series, i was a bit skeptical of this one, French Fried I'm glad I pursued the second title, the ethnic eats theme got interesting, as did the characters and Laurel's romance with Declan. Yes, as in most cozies, here too were many "oh, really"! Moments of implausible events unfolding. Worth reading if you started this series. The ending has a couple of nice twists.
