This is a very quick read, it is very preachy and it focused a great deal with the forgiveness of abortion. It has less insight on miscarriage and still birth. If you do not have a relationship with Jesus then this is a good introductory book that may have been sparked by a recent infant loss (regardless the circumstances) but if you are looking for comfort and answers, there are probably better books out there, however it is very short and can be read in an hour or so.
