The Body by Bill Bryson uses the word miracle ten times. This is a book not about faith but yet centered on the idea of a miracle. As with Bill Bryson's other books, this one has very much the feel of a journey. For this reader in a non-scientific profession, this book finds the perfect balance of being easy to read yet full of well researched, scientific information. For me, this "trip" through the human body is well worth the time.
