Just the thing you need to plan a yard sale. I had a sale and needed some reference and assurance that I wasn't forgetting anything. Perfect. This has checklists and signs for the sale. Great tips and easy fun tricks, fast facts from the pro's and a perfect book for either the buyer but mostly a seller. I read it all in one night and went yard saleing the next. Makes me want to have another sale real soon.
