I honestly turned my nose up at this book when it was first suggested to me. I think my exact words were, "I am NOT going to read a vampire book!" I'm happy to say that I opened my mind a bit and gave the book a chance. It was truly one of the best books I have ever read. I read it in about a day and a half-it is a nearly impossible book to put down. Please, do as I did and give it a try.
