Ooh, I really liked this one! It's refreshing in that nothing worked out the way Benedict and Amelia hoped or planned, and both had some serious character hurdles to overcome as they waded through disappointments in themselves and each other. I loved this very normal, very relatable couple, and while some plot points went unexplained, the emotions were spot on. Just when I thought they had smoothed things out, yet another challenge tested their tentative relationship. The road to their HEA was anything but predictable. I'm very eager to read more from this debut author. 4 stars.
