this book was a bit different than the other paranormal romance i've read in the past, it was very dark, gloomy, and a little depressing, for the vampire, that is. i felt very sorry for him, but, happy for him because he finds someone he can relate to, kelly. but, will their relationship last when a former lover who is also a vampire, tries to take him away. good read.
