A computer transfers her essence to a biological human form to experience emotions and sensations. This is a sci-fi romance book - sequel to book "The Challenge". Dora was the computer that aided the Rystani people in the first book. She's pretty annoying, and I didn't care for the first 50 or 70 pages of the book. The transformation was barely mentioned, lots of inconsistencies, on the plus side - maybe now Dora can die in a sequel. It got better towards the end of the book and the chapter preview for the next book looked more interesting.
