Reading this book itself made me happier. I had several incidents that would have tested anyone's patience (like missing a flight and being held on the waitlists for 8 hrs with a 1 year old!!) and luckily I was reading this book. I took a break from what was frustrating me and read this book and naturally my spirits were lifted. My situation just wasn't that bad anymore. I ended up buying the book (my copy was loaned) because I new I needed it on my bookshelf before I even reached the end. Great read.

Definately NOT a self-help book, but it did bring about a sense of gratefulness.
