We had "won" a hermit crab and thought the girls would enjoy reading a book about them by this great author. Unfortunately this book is about Marine hermit crabs (didn't know there was such a thing until I Googled it), not land hermit crabs.
If you have pet hermit crabs and want a book about them, this is not it. This crab is working on his home and lives in the ocean.
