Book Review of The Tourist

This book was fabulous!

The Tourist follows three individuals through their journey between different time periods and their utilization of time travel. Dickinson moves back and forth between the different periods and characters seamlessly. This had the opportunity to be confusing, but it wasn't. Additionally, a timeline and character map is included at the beginning of the book to help provide some context if you get lost (although it can be difficult to follow as it is based off of chapter numbers despite the fact that the chapters are not actually numbered in the text itself).

I enjoyed this up until the end, where it started to fall apart for me. I did not feel like there was any resolution, and I was left wondering what happened next. The build up was great, but the ending fell flat for me personally.

Overall - a great read!
