Chris Carmichael's Food for Fitness is a great book for any level athlete who training for an event. It give you easy meal plans based on where you are at in your training, from training days, rest days, and recovery meals. There are also some great recipes to help you get started with some delicious meals so it seems like you are not on a "training diet". I highly recommend this book!
